These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of SquareOne Coworking services and are effective from the date of publication.
1. Definitions
Member – an individual or legal entity using coworking services
Visitor – a non-member using the space via day pass, meeting room, or event booking
Space – coworking areas, meeting rooms, event space, and common areas
Services – hot desk, fixed desk, day pass, meeting room, event spac
2. Scope of Services
SquareOne provides coworking services in accordance with the published price list and service descriptions.
Services include basic workspace amenities such as electricity and internet access unless stated otherwise.
Services do not include personal storage, parking, or food and beverages unless explicitly specified.
3. Opening Hours & Access
Opening hours are published on the website or on-site
Access is granted only to authorized users
Sharing access cards, keys, or codes with third parties is strictly prohibited
SquareOne reserves the right to temporarily restrict access due to safety, technical, or operational reasons.
4. Rules of Use
Coworking Area
Workstations are subject to fair use
Personal belongings may not be left overnight unless a fixed desk is rented
Reserving or occupying multiple desks is not permitted
Phone calls must be taken in designated call areas
Meeting Rooms
Bookings apply to the reserved time slot only
Late arrival does not extend the booking time
Users are responsible for any damage to equipment or space
Event Space
Maximum capacity must be respected
Noise levels, setup, and cleanup must follow agreed terms
SquareOne may charge additional fees for excessive cleaning or damage
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are set according to the current price list.
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
SquareOne reserves the right to change prices with prior notice.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Day Pass – non-refundable
Memberships – 30-day notice period unless otherwise agreed
Meeting Rooms
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking
Less than 24 hours: 100% charge
Event Space
Deposit required
Cancellation up to 14 days before the event: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: no refund
No-shows are non-refundable.
7. House Rules & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior
illegal substances
smoking or vaping indoors
disrupting other users
SquareOne reserves the right to immediately remove any person violating these rules.
8. Liability & Safety
Users are responsible for their personal belongings
SquareOne is not liable for loss or theft of personal items
Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the user
Temporary interruptions to internet, power, or services do not entitle users to refunds
9. Internet Usage
Illegal activities, including but not limited to:
piracy
spam
network abuse
are strictly prohibited.
SquareOne reserves the right to limit or terminate internet access if misuse is detected.
10. Privacy & CCTV
SquareOne processes personal data in compliance with GDPR.
The premises may be under video surveillance for security purposes.
Recordings are not used for marketing without a valid legal basis.
11. Photography & Marketing
Photography may occur in common areas for promotional purposes.
Where reasonably possible, SquareOne will avoid focusing on individual members without consent.
12. Termination of Use
SquareOne may terminate access immediately in cases of:
non-payment
serious breaches of these Terms
security or safety risks
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
13. Changes to Terms
SquareOne reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
Continued use of the space constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb.
